Returns
- If you need to return a product purchased from coveryourwall.co.uk then you have 14 working days to do so. Before returning your goods, please contact us.
- The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
- The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
- If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 5 working days. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
- Return of goods where the cause isn't the fault of the prodcut - in this case, you'll need to cover the return courier cost. This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Does Wallrock Thermal Liner work?

How can I calculate the actual savings?
It will vary in each case, but you can use this Wallrock Thermal Liner saver calculator to get a rough idea.
Do I need to put another liner over Thermal Liner?
No. Wallrock Thermal Liner has been designed to be ready for final decorating, but everything depends on the wall’s (or ceiling) condition and sometimes it’s required to use paste-the-wall liners on top of the Thermal Liner to get perfect finish.
Which side should go against the wall?
The ‘fluffy’ side should go against the wall and the flat side is facing the room.
Can I paint Wallrock Thermal Liner?
Yes, you can paint Wallrock Thermal Liner using emulsion paint.
Can I use traditional wallpaper or lining paper over the Thermal Liner?
We advise against it because traditional wallcoverings expand when wet and shrink when drying, which could cause the Thermal Liner to lift at the corners or seams.
What wallcovering can I use over the Thermal Liner if I’d like to get better finish / cover wall imperfections that got transferred onto the Thermal Liner?
Use any paste-the-wall type of wallcovering. We offer Wallrock Fibreliner, Wallrock Premium and Wallrock Trend offering different type of finishes.
Lining Paper FAQs
What are the grades of lining paper?
There are six main grades of lining paper from 800 to 2000.
What wallpaper paste / adhesive should I use for lining paper?
You can use our standard All Purpose Wallpaper Paste, but it's much easier to use Easy Paste Ready-Mix Adhesive. We'd suggest that the ready-mix adhesive is used for 1700 and 2000 grades.
Wallrock Fibreliner FAQs
What Adhesive do I need to use?
Wallrock Power Adhesive. 1 kg of the adhesive gives you 5m2 of surface coverage.
Is Wallrock paste-the-wall?
All Wallrock products (flat and textured finish) are paste-the-wall types of wallcoverings.
What is the difference between Wallrock Fibreliner, Plus and Premium?
The main difference is the level of surface smoothness (they are all flat) with the Premium being plaster-like and Fibreliner giving more fibrous finish. If unsure, please ask for a free sample.
Can I cover woodchip / textured wallpaper with Wallrock Fibreliner?
Wallrock Fibreliner would be too thin, but the product you should consider is Wallorck R300 Liner or potentially Wallrock Thermal Liner if the texture is heavy.
